Now it just seems GE sucks the life out of every­thing around it here in Sch­enec­tady.  This was my very last shot of the day dur­ing the 2009 Scott Kelby Pho­towalk event. I spend sev­eral hours wan­der­ing around Sch­enec­tady with my charges (yes, I was the walk leader).  Actu­ally, to be fair, I took it AFTER the end of shoot meetup at Pin­head Susan’s, on my way back to the car.   Sun was get­ting low, so the light was per­fect.  This image actu­ally won me first place for the mono­chrome cat­e­gory at Jan­u­ary 2010 Sch­enec­tady Pho­to­graphic Soci­ety Print Night com­pe­ti­tion.  I was quite happy about that.
